Message from the General Manager
January 1st, 2013
It is my pleasure to say a word on the dramatic progress our company has made over the last four years since it was established in 2009. Orange cab was founded at a time when the economy was hit hard in all sectors, particularly in the real estate and transport sub sectors. We launched Orange Cab of Everett with only three cars and the goal of being the best taxi service in the area. Since then our company has registered significant progress both in increasing our fleet size and in expanding our services within Everett and the rest of Snohomish county. We now have eighteen cabs servicing our community and continue to expand. We’re looking forward to an even brighter future with much more success ahead.
Our goal at Orange Cab is to provide our customers with the highest standards of service with prompt safe and secure delivery of their most precious cargo, namely themselves and their families. We pride ourselves on our prompt arrival times, courteous and friendly interactions and clean, comfortable taxi-cabs.
I am confident that the year ahead will be more successful than the past year as our transportation service continues to expand with additional vehicles and service areas within Snohomish county. No doubt above everything else the success we have achieved so far and our positive expectation for the future is and will be the result of the encouragement and support we get from our customers and our community as a whole. Word of mouth advertising from our loyal customers has been one of the main sources of our ability to grow. It's been their testimonials that have attracted more customers than the traditional advertisements we put in selected local papers and we're as proud of them as they are of us.
We are confident that we will continue to provide the best service to our present clients and future customers and we have the trust that you, our respected customers, will also continue your unreserved support of Orange Cab of Everett.
I wish every one the best of luck as we move forward into 2013,
Amanuel A. Debesay
